We’re very sorry to hear that your order was marked as delivered even though you have not received it. Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered'. You may want to do a quick tour around your house in case the courier may have placed it at a spot that’s not easily seen, with the interest of the safety of your package. We also suggest checking with family members and neighbours in case they may have received it on your behalf.
US orders: Please note that the USPS delivery vans utilise GPS systems that sometimes automatically updates a shipment status as “delivered” prematurely once it arrives within close proximity of the area. Kindly allow another day or two as the package may have been marked as delivered due to this, and there is a chance that it would still arrive within the coming days.
